Sales Contract

RESERVATION POLICY & SALES CONTRACT:

By making a reservation and providing a deposit, you have indicated acceptance to the following sales agreements:

• A non-refundable $50 deposit for does and bucks is required to hold any reservation. ALL DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. If for any reason a sale is canceled, no monies will be refunded.

• Performance homes take preference over other reservations.

• We do reserve the right to keep any animal born, or withdraw from sale any animal.

• Breeding pairs may change and will be updated as does are confirmed bred.

• Kids rejected by buyer due to any reasons, including its color or wattles is considered a cancelled order. Again, no deposit will be reimbursed.

• If your reservation is fulfilled, full payment is due within 2 weeks of notification.  If full payment is not received within 2 weeks of notification, your reservation will be cancelled. No deposit will be reimbursed.

• If you cannot find transportation for your kid within 4 weeks of the date your kid becomes available to leave our farm, your reservation will be cancelled. No deposit will be reimbursed.

• Prices quoted on our web site are for animals picked up at the farm.  Buyer is responsible for all health certificates, veterinary exams, blood tests, shipping, crate, fuel for transport to airport, and other costs associated with veterinary fees and shipment.

• Kids will be tattooed if at least 5 weeks old. 

• Coccidiosis preventative is started at 3 weeks of age in the form of Calfpro.
